Nicolas is a two-time exited founder and the Founder and CEO of System⁷. He previously sold Outfts to Amaze, later building System⁷ into the AI systems company acquired by publicly listed Vault Ventures plc, where he now sits on the board.
Nicolas Baxter builds the systems behind how companies actually use AI, day to day and in production.
His work focuses on the practical side of AI: where it creates leverage, how teams adopt it, and how companies move from experimentation into working systems.
Nicolas is a 2x exited founder. His first company, the creator-commerce platform Outfts, was acquired by Amaze in 2023, when he was 26. He then served as SVP, Brand & Product at Amaze and the Spring platform ahead of its NYSE listing.
That experience shaped how he works today: pragmatically, commercially, and with a bias toward systems that hold up in the real world, not just in a deck.
Nicolas later co-founded System⁷ with Oliver Yonchev. Launched only months earlier, System⁷ grew to 13 clients within its first three months, traction that led to its acquisition by the publicly listed Vault Ventures plc in 2025. System⁷ became Nicolas's second exit.
Today, Nicolas continues to lead System⁷ as Founder and CEO, while also sitting on the board of Vault Ventures plc.
